Boxing

 

Our boxing classes provide a powerful cardio workout while teaching the fundamentals of boxing techniques, including jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and defensive moves. Kickboxing

 

Combining elements of boxing and martial arts, our kickboxing classes offer a high-energy workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. You’ll learn effective striking techniques with hands and feet, while also engaging in a full-body workout that promotes agility and coordination.

 

Grappling

 

Our grappling classes focus on ground-fighting techniques from disciplines like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling. These sessions are designed to improve your strength, balance, and control, teaching you how to gain advantageous positions and apply effective submissions in a safe, controlled setting.

 

Personal Training

 

Tailored to your individual goals, our personal training sessions provide one-on-one coaching to help you reach your fitness and performance objectives. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve athletic performance, our certified trainers will create a customized plan to ensure you achieve optimal results.

 

Youth Strength and Conditioning

 

Designed for young athletes, our youth strength and conditioning classes aim to develop foundational strength, agility, and endurance. Through age-appropriate exercises and training methods, we focus on enhancing athletic performance while instilling healthy habits and promoting injury prevention.

Personal training for youth ages 5-17 and adults ages 18+

60 mins minutes: $40 - $300

Personal Training Session: $40 per hour

Our personal training sessions are designed to provide you with a tailored workout plan that aligns with your fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improving overall health. Each one-hour session includes personalized exercises, guidance on proper form, and motivation to push your limits safely and effectively.

 

One-on-One Boxing or Kickboxing Lesson: $40 per session ( sessions are 1 hour )

Elevate your fitness routine with our one-on-one boxing or kickboxing lessons. These one-hour sessions focus on developing technique, improving cardiovascular endurance, and building strength. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, you’ll receive individualized attention and instruction to ensure progress at your own pace.

 

 

Youth Sports Team Training: $100 per session - session are 30 mins or 1 hour your choice .

Invest in the athletic growth and teamwork skills of young athletes with our seasonal youth sports team training program. This comprehensive package covers multiple practice sessions throughout the season, focusing on skill development, strategic gameplay, and fostering a love for the sport. It’s a great way to keep kids active, engaged, and learning valuable life skills.

 

Each session times varies during weekdays, and payments must be made immediately after sessions are done unless discussed otherwise to secure your spot. All prices are final and reflect the quality and dedication we bring to every session.
